RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Promise

1. Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup or any other marks
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Briefs, bikini bottoms or any item where a hygiene seal has been removed
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non Returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on full priced items within 10 days of delivery for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at information@mady.life with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or issue
- Clear photographs of the item
We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund at no cost to you in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. How to Lodge a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Email information@mady.life with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Send the item to the address provided in our return instructions
5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
- Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer guarantees.

METHOD
Please read the following prior to returning your item/s.
This policy applies to change of mind and incorrect sizing returns only.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email information@mady.life to initiate a return and refer to Terms Policy for further information.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we process your return.
Item/s must be returned within 10 days of delivery including products within suspected manufacturing faults.
Item/s must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and without perfume residue.
Item/s must be returned in their original packaging.
Customers must try on items while wearing undergarments.
If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or if the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories, or for items marked as final sale.
CANCELLATION
We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed.
Should you change your mind on your order prior to it being shipped, you will be issued with a store credit.
FAULT
If you believe you have received a faulty item please email at information@mady.life with images of the suspected fault.
Please do not return your item/s until the fault has been assessed by our quality control department and a return label has been provided to you.
FINAL SALE
Item/s marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department.
STORE CREDIT
All AU customers who wish to return for a store credit and exchange are eligible for free returns.
All international customers outside if AU will need to cover the cost of their return shipping.
Your store credit will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order within 10 business days of our returns department receiving your return.
Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred.
If a reasonable amount of time has passed, and you have not received your store credit, please email information@mady.life.
Store credits do not expire and can be used on any products on the website.
EXCHANGE
An exchange is treated as a request only, and successful fulfilment is dependent upon stock availability at the time of processing your return.
If your exchange cannot be fulfilled, then you will be automatically issued with a store credit instead.
REFUND
AU customers are eligible for a return label once your return has been received and processed.
All customers outside of AU will need to cover the cost of their return shipping.
If you are using one of our return labels, a small fee will be deducted from your refund once processed.
PROCESS TIME
Please allow 5 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian office for us to issue you with your refund, store credit or exchange.
